What special tools do I need to install a pergo floor by myself? - flooring tools

I have a Pergo floor in my basement. The floor is concrete and I was on the ground floor with minimal effort. What do I need and I take the field?

Sean is right on the money, but must demonstrate the ability to RIP and cross sections. On a saw to cut around door jambs and other obstacles. A piece of tape on the Pergo before cutting, it will be easier to score and to reduce chipping of the cutting edge.
It is really easy.

You do not need special tools. You must have a vapor barrier of plastic, if you go well over a concrete floor. a saw for cutting and are most often a rubber hammer and a wedge of impact with the task of joining tables in use. is easier than you think. Good luck.

You need to trim the rent a saw, a notch in the bottom of the door cut. The Pergo do not have to go forward under the cut.

The tool rental shop, you can help with the outlet.

As Pergo fleet cellar, so you do not need underlay your soil is in good condition, but who wants a good vapor barrier.

Make sure that the new Fit Pergo together and not glued.
