It can be cut without a Game Shark / Action Replay. The people in the videos, which I do use one of these two things. I know because I helped to a YouTube video with my friend, pokemon hacks. I then asked half the people on YouTube, as they did, and she did exactly what I do not use / Game Shark Action Replay.
